Jenna works with both adolescents (15+) and adults, helping clients break free from past wounds and empowering them to create healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and more authentic lives. She is passionate about helping clients recover from both the developmental and relational trauma that can occur in childhood and adulthood.
Jenna's therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, nonjudgment, and honoring the unique experiences of each individual. Kimberle is a warm and competent Marriage and Family Therapy Associate whose diverse medical background provides her with a unique, holistic perspective on healing. She firmly believes in addressing the health of the whole person—emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual—to promote overall well-being. Her background in Biblical Counseling also allows Kimberle to integrate spiritual resources into her practice as appropriate. Her approach is grounded in the idea that all aspects of a person’s life are interconnected, and she works with clients to navigate life’s challenges and increase their sense of fulfillment and balance.
Kimberle has a passion for helping couples create and maintain healthy, fulfilling relationships. As a trained Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT), she specializes in helping couples strengthen their emotional bonds and find solutions to relational struggles. EFCT is a highly effective, research-backed approach that focuses on the emotional dynamics between partners, helping them to better understand and express their needs and vulnerabilities. Through this process, Kimberle helps couples identify negative interaction patterns, replace them with healthier communication, and rebuild trust and intimacy. She fosters an emotionally safe and secure space for couples to work through conflicts, reconnect emotionally, and develop stronger, more resilient partnerships. Her goal is to help couples not only resolve their immediate issues but also cultivate long-term, healthy ways of relating to one another.
In addition to her work with couples, Kimberle is passionate about supporting individual adults as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe negative thought patterns, and Solution-Focused Therapy to assist them in finding practical, strengths-based solutions to their concerns. Kimberle’s compassionate and non-judgmental approach allows clients to feel heard and understood as they explore their struggles and work toward personal growth. Kimberle’s work is characterized by warmth, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping her clients thrive. Shelby is a talented and committed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate with a dedication for supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Shelby works with children (ages 5+), teens, and adults into midlife, offering a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy.
A core belief in Shelby’s work is that the best outcomes are built on a balance of structure and connection, especially when it comes to child development. She is dedicated to partnering with families who may be struggling with communication issues, behavioral concerns, or navigating stressful times, guiding them toward stronger, healthier relationships. When working with children and teens, Shelby incorporates Play Therapy techniques to make the therapeutic process engaging and effective.
In her individual work, Shelby considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they explore new ways to manage big emotions, heal from past experiences, and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life. Shelby primarily works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, and life’s everyday stressors. As an EMDR-trained therapist, she is passionate about helping clients who have faced hardship reclaim their sense of power and identity. She believes that while we can’t always control what has happened to us, we do have the ability to change how we relate to our experiences and move forward with strength and resilience.
